Sunset studios are one of Kathisma beach’s three hotels. It offers family studios for either three, four or six people. Every studio has a sea view. There is a beautiful sunset every night and you can enjoy a drink on your balcony while watching how the sun sets.

Sunset studios Kathisma is located on the west coast of the island of Lefkada. It is 2 km from Agios Nikitas and 12 km from the capital city of Lefkada. There are stairs to the beach which is 80 meters from the hotel. You can also drive to the beach but the parking is paid. There is a free parking at the back of the hotel.

The price of a studio for three people in June is 40 euros. You can get a breakfast at the price of 5 euros. There are bottles of water and other drinks at the reception but if you want to buy something more than that you should go to the village of Agios Nikitas where you will find the nearest supermarket and restaurant. There is a swimming pool available to all guests with a sea view. Each room has its own private bathroom, hot plate, refrigerator, shower, air conditioner, central heating and a satellite TV which doesn’t actually work in every room. Internet access is available around the reception and swimming pool but also in the rooms close to the reception.
Sunset studios in Lefkada is a good choice for families with kids because of the hotel`s vicinity to the sea. If you want to relax close to your room you can enjoy the sun and the spectacular scenery of Kathisma beach from comfortable sunbeds around the swimming pool.
There is a garden in the Sunset studios`s back yard where kids are able to play. There isn’t a special playground for them but it is fun to explore all the homegrown vegetables and herbs.
This family hotel is also a great lodging for a romantic stay because of the breathtaking view from the balconies and swimming pool area. In fact you can admire the bay and beach of Kathisma.
